We accept returns only if incorrect goods were shipped or goods have visible/functional defect.
You must email us reasons for return before retuning goods.
To return items please notify by email and a return authorisation will/may be issued if applicable.
We accept authorised returns within 15 days from the date of your received delivery.
Item must be in perfect, unworn condition with tags in place.
We do not accept responsibility for returned items until received at our warehouse.
Sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged/refunded.
We do not accept liability for lost packages or goods damaged in transit.
Shipping charges are the buyers responsibility and therefore non refundable.
Credit notes are issued within 7 days of receiving authorised returns.
